浙江省集体林区农村女性劳动力参与林业劳动状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Role of Rural Female Labor in Forestry Involvement of Collective Forest Areas and Its Influencing Factors in Zhejiang Province

根据浙江省4个林区县(市)的农户抽样调查数据,本文在集体林区女性劳动力参与林业劳动总时间进行分析的基础上,采用计量经济学方法实证分析女性劳动力参与林业劳动的具体因素。研究结果表明:集体林区内女性劳动力受教育程度、家中需要照料人数对其参与林业劳动有显著负影响;女性劳动力年龄和经济林面积比例对其参与林业劳动有显著正影响;不同地区女性劳动力参与林业劳动时间有显著差异。

According to the data of farmers’ households in four forest counties （citiesthis paper applies econometric methods to analyze the specific factors of female labor participation inforestry on the basis of total labor time of female labor in collective forest areas. It shows that the education of women labor and the number of persons in the family who need to be taken care of have a significant negative impact on their participation in forestry labor. The age of women ？s labor and the proportion of economic forest area have a significant positive impact on their participation in forestry labor. There is asignificant difference in the labor time of female labor in different regions.
