摘要 [目的]探讨急诊护理中良好的护士感知组织氛围对护士职业生涯及满意度的影响。[方法]选取急诊科护士72名为研究对象,比较组织氛围管理前后对护士工作满意度、护士职业生涯的影响,采用护士组织氛围感知量表、职业生涯状况评价量表、明尼苏达满意问卷进行评价。[结果]实施后护士感知组织氛围得分明显高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后护士的职业认同、职业满意度、组织承诺、留职意愿及总评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后护士内在满意度评分、外在满意度评分及总满意度评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。[结论]对急诊科护士进行良好的护士组织氛围管理可以改善护士的职业生涯状况及满意度。 Objective:To probe into the influence of good nurses perceived organizational atmosphere in emergency nursing on nurses’ occupation career and satisfaction.Methods:A total of 72 emergency department nurses were selected as research subjects.The nurses’ job satisfaction and nurses’ career satisfaction were compared before and after the management of the organization atmosphere.They were evaluated by using Nurses Ambience Perception Scale,Career Status Evaluation Scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire.Results:The nurses perceived organizational atmosphere score was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P〈0.05).After the implementation,the scores of occupational identification,job satisfaction,organizational commitment,intention to stay and total score of nurses were significantly higher than those before implementation(P〈0.05).After the implementation,the nurses’ internal satisfaction score,external satisfaction score and total satisfaction score were significantly higher than those before implementation(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The good nurses perceived organizational atmosphere for emergency nurses could improve the nurses’ career and satisfaction.
