我国卫生行业职业建设中护理员队伍建设的困惑与思考

Confusion and thinking of construction of caregiver team in occupational construction of health industry in China

随着我国人民群众、社会对国内医疗服务水平需求的不断增加以及社会分工的细化,护理员队伍作为社会医疗人力资源体系中不可或缺的力量应运而生,并成为保障护理工作平稳、有序开展的必要补充。本研究结合当今国内外发展现况,深入剖析护理员行业在我国发展中的问题,指出目前我国护理员这一职业只属于卫生行业工人级别的职业范畴,其管理也仍未纳入我国注册护士队伍管理体系中,在其选聘、培养及后期持续管理中尚存在诸多问题,以致影响护理行业的平稳有序发展及住院病人的安全。针对存在的问题给出建议,以期为今后国内护理员队伍建设研究与实践奠定坚实的基础。

With the increasing of the domestic medical service needs of our people and society,as well as the refinement of social division of labor,caregiver team in human resources system as a social medical indispensable power came into being,and become a necessary supplement for ensuring nursing work smoothly and orderly.Combined with present situation at home and abroad,it analyzed the problems of caregiver team in China.It pointed out that the occupation category of caregiver team in China belonged to the health worker,and the management is not included in China’s registered nurse team management system.Therefore,there are still many problems in the selection,training and later lasting management,so much so affect the smooth and orderly development of the nursing profession and the safety of inpatients.Therefore,aiming at the current problems at home and abroad,it gave some suggestions,in order to lay a solid foundation for the future research and practice of construction of caregiver team in China.
