社会需求视角下的工科大学生就业能力提升研究——以武汉大学工科生为例

随着经济的发展,社会对毕业生能力的基本需求及匹配度要求发生深刻变化。本文以武汉大学为例,通过分析近5年工科生的主要求职去向和匹配情况,就如何在综合性大学提升工科大学生就业能力进行初步探索。

With the development of economy, the requirements of graduates＇ ability and matching degree have undergone profound changes in society. This article, taking Wuhan University for Example, made an initial exploration on how to improve the employment ability of engineering college students in a comprehensive university by analyzing the main employment destination and matching conditions of the engineering students in recent five years.
