摘要
传统的人工安排检修计划方法已无法适应电网的发展与需求,而现有的检修计划优化方法收敛速度慢,对此提出一种基于网损下降度指标的月度检修计划优化方法。首先,以月度网损总电量最小为目标,考虑检修安排、支路电流、节点电压、暂态稳定裕度等约束,建立设备月度检修优化模型。然后,基于网损灵敏度提出网损下降度指标,从理论上证明网损下降度指标的有效性。并通过算例验证所提方法的有效性。
The traditional method of arranging maintenance scheduling has been unable to adapt to the development and demand ofpower grid. The convergence rate of existing maintenance scheduling optimization method is slow. Aiming at those problems, aheuristic algorithm based on declining rate of transmission loss is proposed. A model of maintenance scheduling optimization method isput forward, whose optimization objective is minimizing monthly transmission loss considering constraint conditions of maintenanceschedules, branch currents, node voltages and transient stability margin. The declining index of transmission loss is proposed based onpower loss sensitivity and the effectiveness is proved theoretically. The case of IEEE-22 system is given to verify the heuristic algorithmbased on declining index of transmission loss.
