摘要
马克思劳资关系理论立论之初就抓住了劳资关系的本质,发展至今仍然具有很强的生命力。但是在中国特色社会主义制度下,对马克思的劳资关系理论要加以发展和创新。改革开放以来,我国企业尤其是私营企业劳资关系呈现出新的特点。基于这一现实,必须发展时代化的马克思劳资关系理论,为构建中国特色的和谐劳资关系提供理论支持。
At the beginning of Marx's labor relations theory, its essence have been grasped, and there still exists a very strong vitality up to now. However, under the system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, Marx's labor relations theory needs further development and innovation. Since the reform and opening up, the labor relations of our enterprises,especially in private enterprises,have shown new characteristics. Based on this reality,it is necessary to develop Marx's labor relations theory with time changing and provide theoretical support for the construction of harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics.
