The ＂going out＂ of China＇s steel industry is the output of production capacity,which is an international cooperation in terms of production capacity, and also an important link in the middle and high-end of the steel industry entering the global value chain. Besides China＇s steel industry has the objective strength of ＂going out＂ and the ＂Belt and Road＂ national strategy has provided a vast overseas market for the steel industry to ＂going out＂.
