摘要
介绍了调压器的作用、结构组成和工作原理,并根据调压器的主要结构组成与工作原理,结合实际工况下的调压器的各主要参数值,在AMESim环境下按照AMESim的仿真步骤及要求建立了调压器的AMESim仿真模型。基于该仿真模型对充入调压器的氦气的体积、调压器的橡胶囊的弹性系数等主要参数进行了仿真分析与研究,得出了调压器在调压过程中的温度、氦气压力、氮气压力等主要参数的变化规律以及充入调压器的氦气体积、调压器的橡胶囊弹性系数等主要参数对调压器调压特性的影响规律。
This paper introduces the functions, composition and working principle of pressure regulator, andaccording to the main composition and working principle of the pressure regulator,combined with the mainparameters of the regulator under actual operating conditions, the AMESim simulation model of the regulator isestablished under the AMESim environment according to the simulation steps and requirements of AMESim.Based on the simulation model, the main parameters such as the volume of the helium filled in the regulator, theelastic coefficient of the rubber capsule of the regulator and so on are simulated and studied. The changing rulesof main parameters such as temperature, helium pressure and nitrogen pressure in the process of pressureregulation, as well as the influence of main parameters such as the volume of helium and the elastic coefficientof the rubber of the regulator on the pressure regulation characteristics of the regulator are obtained.
