摘要 泄漏量和磨损量是判定机械密封是否满足质量要求最重要的参数,其无法直接测定,而是通过型式试验来获得。结合理论研究与工作实践,对机械密封型式试验过程中的各主要环节进行研究分析。主要从实验装置符合性检查和具体安装要求出发,分为静压试验和运转试验两个部分,最后获得泄漏量与磨损量的数据。当中各个环节影响机械密封泄漏量和磨损量测试结果的因素很多,如温度、转速、实验台稳定性以及防护措施等。为提高测试结果的准确性,还对各环节影响因素进行了具体分析总结。 Both leakage-rate and wear-rate are the most crucial parameter which determined the quality ofmechanical seal. They can not be tested directly, but acquired only through the type tests. With theoreticalresearches and practices, there are some analyzes on the main processes of mechanical seal type tests. Start withthe qualifications of test equipment and the demands of installation, divide into two aspect, static pressure testand running test, finally we acquired the leakage-rate and wear-rate. There are different factors may takeinterference on test parameter within these processes, such as temperature、revolving speed、stability ofworkbench and protections. To make sure the results much more accurate, we also made a conclusion of suchfactors mentioned above.
