摘要 南京市火瓦巷小学是南京市首批小班化实验学校,学校围绕"培养国际视野、民族情怀、全面发展的小公民"的育人目标,结合"儿童地球村"特色项目创建,在充分学习与实践斯金纳的强化理论、马斯洛的需求层次理论等理论之后,努力通过物型、课程、活动、评价四方面的改革创新,为新时代儿童搭建适合他们个性发展的成长舞台,将核心素养与关键能力融入生活,为人的全面发展打好坚实基础。 Our school is one of the fi rst experimental schools with small class teaching in Nanjing City, and the goals of our school are to cultivate little citizens with international visions, national feelings and allround development. Meanwhile, our school has created the characteristic project of children's global village. After fully studying and practicing Skinner's reinforcement theory and Maslow's hierarchy theory, our school has innovated four aspects of material, curriculum, activity and evaluation to construct the stags for new-era children's personality development so that they can integrate the core accomplishments and key ability into their lives and lay a solid foundation for their all-round development.
