校园足球后备人才的培养现状及基本方略研究

Research on the Cultivation Status and Basic Strategy of Campus Football Reserved Talents

运用文献资料、实地考察、专家访谈等方法,对校园足球后备人才的相关问题进行了深入研究。结果发现,校园足球后备人才的培养是发展校园足球的重中之重。但在培养校园足球后备人才的过程中仍然存在动力机制、足球兴趣、体教结合、特色足球道路等问题。改革教育模式,明确校足发展前景;培养足球兴趣,参与足球活动;创新结合方式,科学开展校足活动;借鉴培养机制,走特色足球道路是培养校园足球后备人才的基本方略。

Using the literature,field investigation and expert interview methods,the related problems of campus football reserve talent are studied. The results show that the cultivation of campus football reserved talent is the key of the development of campus football. However,in the process of the cultivation there are still problems on dynamic mechanism, interest in football, combination of sports and education, and characterized football development path. The basic strategies include reforming education mode and clarifying campus foot development prospects; cultivating interest in football,and involving in football activities; innovating combination approaches and carrying out campus football scientifically,as well as using other cultivating mechanism as references and taking the road with characters.
