This paper analyzes the current situation and development of winter sports in Hebei Province. At the same time,it points out that winter sports bring a new fitness concept to people,which is an opportunity for the development of the sports. Meanwhile,the combination of campus and social propaganda enlarges its mass base,promotes its own development and embodies the charm and value of the Olympic spirit.
