摘要
高校健美操课程顺应新时期人才培养目标的改革浪潮,本文旨在最大限度发挥健美操项目时代性和实效性的特点基础上,为学生创造一系列的锻炼环境,设定训练目标,通过创新模式的训练,使他们不仅身体得到锻炼,在创造能力和社会适应力等方面也得到提高,使他们在精神上享受运动带来的快乐,获得成就感和满足感,培养健康意识的前提下,养成良好的锻炼习惯。
Aerobics course in colleges and universities should follow the talent cultivation reform goal in the new era. Based on the maximum realization of aerobics promptness and efficiency,this paper aims at create a series of exercise environment and goals for students using the new model,to improve not only their body fitness,but also their creativity and social adaptation ability, bring mental happiness, the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction,cultivate their health consciousness. The final aim is for them to form a good exercise habit.
