With the continuous development of society and the deepening of the new curriculum reform,our country pay more attention to primary school physical education,especially the use of the interest and the life oriented teaching method, which can help students to establish a sense of ownership, contribute to the improvement of the teaching quality,However,in the process of applying this method,there are still a series of problems,which seriously affect the teaching quality of primary school PE teaching. This article analyzes and studies the interesting and life oriented teaching methods of primary school physical education.
