摘要
本文针对体操课堂上学生心理障碍这一现象的产生分析其形成原因并提出一些解决办法以达到提高课堂教学效果的目的。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对山西师范大学学生进行随机抽样,共发放问卷300份,回收290份,有效问卷96.7%。本文从我校体操课上学生产生心理障碍的具体表现出发,分析学生在练习过程中容易形成恐惧心理障碍的具体原因,发现在体操教学中导致学生产生心理障碍的原因有许多,最主要的是恐惧心理、身体素质太差和保护与帮助不到位引起的。教师在体操教学中应当把教学内容与身体素质练习结合起来;师生合作,加强保护与帮助消除恐惧心理。
In order to improve classroom teaching effects,this paper analyzes the causes and solutions for the mental barriers for gymnastic students. By using research methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematic statics,and applying random sampling,it distributes 300 questionnaires to students in Shanxi Normal University and recycled 290 with 96. 7% effective rates. Starting from the specific performance of mental barriers,this paper analyzes the reasons,which are mainly because of fear state,poor physical fitness and insufficient protection and help. Teachers should combine teaching contents and physical exercise together in teaching,and cooperate with students for their safety and eliminate the fear state.
