彩色树脂抗滑薄层罩面技术在青海省中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 青海省气候复杂多变,环境严峻,紫外辐射强度高,普通环氧树脂胶料铺筑的薄层罩面经常发生早期病害。对此,文章通过对传统环氧树脂进行复合改性处理,并以最优掺量为基础对其耐紫外光老化长期性能进行了室内加速模拟和试验路铺筑,探究了合适的铺装施工工艺。试验结果表明:综合低温韧性、拉拔强度和抗紫外线老化性能,适宜的聚氨酯改性环氧树脂和E51环氧树脂的用量为1.5∶1,碳黑的掺量为3%,短切纤维的掺量为1%,室内模拟长期抗紫外老化性能优良,采用彩色树脂薄层罩面技术能够显著提高路面的安全行驶质量。 Climate is complicated in Qinghai province, the environment is serious and ultraviolet radiation intensity is high, the thin layer paved with ordinary epoxy resin often occur early diseases. In this paper, the compound modification for traditional epoxy resin is done c, and the resistance to ultraviolet aging of thin layer with optimal dosage is analyzed by long-term performance indoor accelerated simulation and test road paving, the suitable pavement construction technology is also explored. Test results show that the suitable proportion of polyurethane modified epoxy resin and epoxy resin E51 is 1.5∶ 1, the content of carbon black is 3%, the content of short cut fiber is 1%, resistance performance to ultraviolet aging is excellent considering low temperature toughness, drawing strength and anti ultraviolet ageing performance. Using color resin thin layer covering technology can significantly improve the road safety.
