宋元南戏中生角形象的变化

The Change about the Image of Male Character in Nan Xi in Song and Yuan Dynasty

早期宋元南戏多书生负心戏,其生角形象多为轻恩薄义、弃亲背妇的小人;后期,出现了高明之属对于早期书生人物的翻案,塑造的生角形象为辞恩守义、全忠全孝的君子。因而,宋元南戏中生角的形象,经历了由早期的王魁、李勉之类的负心书生,到后期的蔡伯喈、王十朋之类的忠贞书生的变化。

In the early Song and Yuan Dynasty, most male characters were aboutnumerous Nan Xi dramas, the images of who were indifferent or hypocritical villains. In thsome male characters who were portrayed as loyal and filial gentlemen like Gao Ming presented acompletely different character from the previous scholars. Therefore, the images of male character in NanXi experienced the change from the scholars with negative influence like Wang Kui and Li Mian to the loyal and faithful scholars like Cai Bojie and Wang Shipeng.
