借鉴CI理念,培育与传承工会文化

摘要 文化是人类社会的一种存在方式,文化能改变人的思想、人的行为、人的绩效。企业文化是企业发展的内动力,企业形象识别系统(CI系统)的构建是推动这种内动力的有效方式;很多的企业自身构建的CI系统,在推动和传播企业文化、塑造企业的核心竞争力中都起到了重要作用。企业文化与工会文化有着天然的联系,CI系统培育企业文化的方法同样可用于工会文化建设。基于CI系统的基本要素及原理,从凝聚工会文化的精髓、实现工会文化的途径、展示工会文化的窗口等几个方面对工会文化的识别系统进行构建,可以实现对工会文化的培育和有效传承。 Culture is an existing form in human society which could change people's thought, behavior and performance. Enterprise culture is the inner impetus of development so that the building of corporate identity system (CI system) is an effective method to promote this motivation. Many corporations' CI systems are essential in promoting and spreading enterprise culture and shaping coherence. There is natural connection between enterprise culture and trade union culture, therefore CI's ways of cultivating corporate culture could similarly be applied in trade union culture construction. In order to cultivate and inherit trade union culture, we should build identity system of trade union culture from aspects of integrating essence, achieving its paths and show the windows based on basic elements and principles.
