要提高挂牌督导的针对性和有效性,责任督学应该具有敏锐的洞察能力。责任督学具备了敏锐的洞察能力,无论是进课堂听课,还是查阅台账资料,无论是巡视校园,还是找师生谈话,都能及时地抓住问题的关键,做出正确的分析和判断,提出整改建议,促进学校内涵发展。
Listed supervision by responsible inspectors needs incisive insight so that inspectors can fi nd educational problems in observing classroom teaching; they should inspect campuses, check out special classrooms and learn about school normal teaching orders; and they should also have incisive insight while looking up information to fi nd the essential problems. The key to improving insight includes rich experiences, focused attention and much life accumulation.
