摘要
课程游戏化项目的实施,促进了幼儿在游戏中的发展,优化完善了园本课程,丰富了特色育人环境,促进了教师专业成长。课程游戏化立足的不只是游戏,更重要的是认识层面的拓展、支持策略的丰富、课程理念的渗透、改革思路的创新和管理理念的转变。课程游戏化关注的不只是课程,而是教师理念的转变和专业能力的提高。课程游戏化需要的不只是引领,而是一种具有自我批判性的能凸显园本特色的自主成长。
Implementation of game-based curriculum promotes children’s development, optimizes kindergarten-based courses, enriches the environment with characteristic education, and facilitates teacher professional growth. Curriculum games do not only stand on games, more importantly, on cognitive expansion, supporting strategy richness, curriculum idea permeation, reforming thought innovation, and management idea transformation. Curriculum games focus not only on curriculum but also teachers’ idea change and professional ability improvement. They need a kind of autonomous growth with self-criticism and kindergarten-based features rather than the mere guidance.
