摘要
当环境相对湿度发生变化时,湿敏材料的某些物理特性也会随之发生变化,将湿敏材料涂覆在光纤光栅上,光栅的波长变化能直观反映湿度的变化。基于此,文章设计了一种光纤Bragg光栅的湿度传感器,首先分析了该传感器的传感原理,接着制作了湿敏材料的传感器,最后进行了实验测试,结果表明:文章所制作的光纤Bragg光栅湿度传感器的稳定性较好。
With the change of environmental relative humidity, some physical properties of the humidity sensing materials will be changed correspondingly. if the humidity sensing materials is coated on the fiber Bragg grating, the change of the Bragg grating wavelength can reflect the change of the measured humidity directly. Based on the theory, the paper introduces a type of fiber Bragg grating humidity sensor, the sensing theory is analyzed firstly, then humidity sensing materials sensor are made, finally, the experimental testing has been carried through, the results indicate that these sensors have a good stability.
