微波消解-ICP-OES法测定卡拉胶中多种重金属元素

Determination of heavy metals in carrageenan by ICP-OES with microwave digestion

摘要 以HNO_3-H_2O_2作为消解试剂,选择微波消解,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定卡拉胶中砷、铅、汞、镉、铬含量,在仪器的最佳工作条件下,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9992~0.9999之间,检出限为0.16~4.30μg/kg,各元素的相对标准偏差在0.52%~3.17%之间,回收率在90.2%~106%之间。实验表明,该方法操作简单,分析速度快,并且可以同时测定多种元素。 The contents of As, Pb, Hg, Cd and Cr in carrageenan were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES), carrageenan samples were digested by microwave with HNO3-H2O2, under the best working conditions of this method the method displays good linear relationship with correlation coefficient between 0.9992~0.9999, and the detection limitswere between 0.16μg/kg and 4.30μg/kg, the RSDs of the method were between 0.52% and 3.17%, and the addition recoveries for these elements were from 90.2% to 106%. The method is convenient, rapid indetection of trace elements and can be used to analyze multielements in the same time.
