基于“岗位制”模式下高职院校工程造价专业《毕业综合训练》课程改革研究

《毕业综合训练》这门课程作为高职学生从学校过渡到工作岗位的重要衔接课程,具有承前启后的作用。文章提出将"岗位制"的模式结合到毕业综合训练中,根据学生的就业意向和企业对人才所具备的职业素养,在《毕业综合训练》的课程中相互融合,使得学生在较短的时间内能够实现从业的身心过渡,得到了用人单位和学生的认可,效果良好。
