护理本科生临床预实习情绪体验的质性研究

摘要 目的深入了解护理本科生在预实习阶段的情绪体验经历,分析其对预实习效果的影响。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对我校参与预实习的护理本科生及教学老师进行深度访谈,聆听她们的真实情绪体验。结果预实习促进了护生自主学习的能力,但也存在着临床对预实习不够重视,忽略学生心理感受和情绪变化等问题。结论护理学生在预实习阶段需要采用有效教学方法,重视学生的心理疏导,提高预实习护生的学习质量。 Objective To understand the emotional experience of nursing undergraduates at the pre-internship stage, and to analyze the effect on the effect of pre-practice. Methods In the qualitative research, we used phenomenological research methods to conduct in-depth interviews with our undergraduate nursing students and teachers, and listened to their real emotional experience. Results Pre-practice has promoted the ability of students to learn independently, but there is also a lack of attention to pre practice in clinical practice, and the neglect of students’ psychological feelings and emotional changes. Conclusion The nursing students should adopt effective teaching methods in the pre practice stage, pay more attention to students’ psychological guidance and improve the quality of pre internship nursing students.
