摘要
目的调查低年资ICU护士自我同情和社会支持的水平,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、自我同情量表、领悟社会支持量表,对146名低年资ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果低年资ICU护士自我同情条目总均分(3.05±0.94)分,社会支持总均分(5.99±1.43)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.399,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应当注重社会支持系统的巩固和完善,提高低年资ICU护士的自我同情和社会支持水平。
Objective To investigate the level of self-compassion and social support among junior ICU nurses and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 146 junior ICU nurses were investigated using the self-compassion scale(SCS) and perceived social support scale(PSSS). Results The mean score of junior ICU nurses’ self-compassion and social support was(3.05±0.94) points and(5.99±1.43) points respectively. Scores of the total scale and the factors of self-compassion and social support were positively correlated(r=0.399, P〈0.01). Conclusion Nursing administrators should pay attention to the consolidation and improvement of social support system, to enhance the self-compassion and social support of junior ICU nurses.
