微创技术在下颌阻生齿拔除术中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析对下颌阻生齿患者实施微创拔除术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年12月—2017年10月接收的112例下颌阻生齿患者,通过采用计算机产生随机数字,分为治疗组和参照组。其中,参照组为56例,实施常规治疗手段,治疗组为56例,予以微创技术,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果统计数据并分析研究,治疗组断根率(19.64%)、术中畏惧率(12.50%)、牙窝不完整率(14.29%)以及敲击增隙率(21.43%),均优于参照组断根率(76.79%)、术中畏惧率(87.50%)、牙窝不完整率(92.86%)以及敲击增隙率(96.43%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下颌阻生齿应用微创技术,有着优异的治疗效果。 Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive extraction of mandibular impacted teeth in the treatment of patients. Methods 112 cases of patients with mandibular teeth in our hospital from December 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects. By using the computer to produce random numbers, they were divided into the treatment group and the reference group. Among them, 56 cases of the reference group were treated with the routine treatment. 56 cases of the treatment group were treated with minimally invasive technique and compared the effect of two groups of clinical treatment. Results According to statistical data and analysis, the root rate of the treatment group(19.64%), the rate of fear(12.50%), the incompleteness rate of the tooth fossa(14.29%) and the percussion increase rate(21.43%). All of them were better than the reference group. The root cutting rate(76.79%), the fear rate(87.50%), the dental pulp incomplete rate(92.86%) and the percussion increasing rate(96.43%), the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of minimally invasive technique of mandibular teeth, with excellent therapeutic effect.
