阴道镜联合LEEP在宫颈癌前病变中的临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Colposcopy Combined With LEEP in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

目的对阴道镜联合LEEP在宫颈癌前病变中的临床治疗效果进行探究。方法选取接收的宫颈癌前病变患者84例作为研究对象。将其随机分为参照组和联合组,每组各42例。参照组实施宫颈激光烧灼治疗,联合组实施阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果以及患者对治疗的满意度。结果联合组术中出血量、手术用时以及术后阴道出血时间均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组总有效率为97.6%,高于参照组的78.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者对宫颈塑形满意度的比较上,联合组高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈癌前病变患者的治疗中,应用阴道镜联合LEEP术效果显著,其能有效缩短手术和术后阴道出血时间,减少术中出血量,从而提高患者对治疗的满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions. Methods 84 cases of cervical precancerous lesions were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into the control group and the combination group, 42 cases in each group. The control group treatmented with cervix laser cauterization,the combination group were given colposcopy combined with LEEP. The treatment effects and satisfaction of the two group patients were compared. Results The peroperative bleeding, operation time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time of the combination group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the combination group was 97.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.6%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; in comparison with the patients’ satisfaction to the cervix shape, the combination group was higher than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions patients,olposcopy combined with LEEP operation has an effectively effects,it can shorten the bleeding time before and after surgery, and reduce the bleeding, in order to improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
