支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下内侧微瓣法治疗广基声带息肉效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Endoscopic Laryngoscopy Combined With Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Broad Vocal Cord Polyp

目的研究在广基声带息肉患者治疗中采取支撑喉镜与鼻内镜下内侧微瓣法联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取本次我院纳入的2016年8月—2017年8月收治的74例广基声带息肉患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法的形式,将其均分为两组,每组各37例。参照组行传统纤维喉镜腺癌声带息肉切除术,实验组行支撑喉镜与鼻内镜下内侧微瓣法联合比较两组的临床治疗情况。结果实验组广基声带息肉患者并发症发生率0.00%、临床治疗有效率94.59%、对治疗的满意度评分(90.23±3.21)分,与参照组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜与鼻内镜下内侧微瓣法联合治疗的疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combined laryngoscopy and medial laryngeal lobes combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of radionuclide polyp. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 74 cases of polyp patients with broad base vocal cord polyps were selected as the research subjects. In the form of random digital table, the patients were divided into two groups, 37 cases in each group. The conventional fibrous laryngoscopy for adenocarcinoma of the vocal cord polyps was performed in the reference group. The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared between the experimental group and the nasal endoscopy. Results In the experimental group, the incidence of complications was 0.00%, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 94.59%, and the treatment satisfaction score（90.23±3.21） points were significantly higher than that of the reference group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Support laryngoscopy and endoscopic nasal micro-flap combined treatment of significant effect.
