全髋关节置换与骨折内固定治疗中老年股骨颈骨折的效果

The Effect of Total Hip Replacement and Fracture Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Middle and Old Age

目的探讨全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术对中老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选我院收治的52例中老年股骨颈骨折的患者作为研究对象,将其均分为两组。采用全髋关节置换术的患者作为观察组。采用骨折内固定术的患者作为对照组。两组患者镇痛方法等一致。对两组术中出血量、住院天数等进行比较。结果观察组患者术中平均出血量、术后到下床活动时间以及住院天数均优于对照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术都对中老年患者具有一定疗效,全髋关节置换术疗效更加显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total hip replacement and fracture internal fixation on the fracture of the femoral neck in the middle and old age. Methods 52 cases of middle-aged and old femoral neck fractures were selected in our hospital. They were divided into two groups. The patients with total hip arthroplasty were used as the observation group. The patients with fracture internal fixation were used as the control group. The two groups of patients had the same analgesic methods. The amount of bleeding in the two groups and the days of hospitalization were compared. Results The average bleeding volume, postoperative ambulation time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Total hip replacement and fracture internal fixation have a certain effect on middleaged and old patients, and total hip replacement is more effective.
