双嘧达莫片联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效

The Efficacy of Dipyridamole Tablets Combined With Prednisone Tablets in the Treatment of Children With Nephrotic Syndrome

目的探究双嘧达莫片联合泼尼松龙片治疗小儿肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的90例患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法进行均等分组,对照组45例进行泼尼松龙片治疗,研究组45例在对照组基础上,采用双嘧达莫片。结果两组治疗总有效率、多尿时间、水肿消退时间等指标对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,研究组总有效率为97.78%(44/45),对照组为77.78%(35/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗缩短尿多及水肿症状改善时间,改善患者的肾功能及高凝状态。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Dipyridamole Tablets combined with Prednisone Tablets in the treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome. Methods 90 patients with pediatric nephrotic syndrome admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects. According to the different surgical methods, the control group（n =45, Prednisone Tablets） and the study group（n =45, Dipyridamole Tablets combine with Prednisone Tablets）. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the amount of total efficiency, polyurination time, edema edema time（P 〈 0.05）. Among them, the total effective rate of the study group was 97.78%（44/45）, and the control group was 77.78%（35/45）, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The combined treatment can improve edema symptom time, improve patient’s kidney function and high coagulation state.
