全面护理对预防神经外科重症肺部感染的效果

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Prevention of Severe Pulmonary Infection in Department of Neurosurgery

目的研究分析给予神经外科重症患者实施全面护理的干预效果。方法择取100例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式平均分为对照组、观察组。给予对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上,实施全面护理措施。结果观察组患者并发症发生情况低于对照组,对护理工作的满意度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科重症患者实施全面护理干预,能够有效改善预后。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on severe patients in department of neurosurgery. Methods 100 cases of patients were selected as the research objects. According to the method of nursing, they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing measures. On the basis of the control group, the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing measures. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the nursing work was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for severe patients in Department of Neurosurgery can effectively improve the prognosis.
