研究心理护理和健康教育对剖宫产产妇的影响

Research on the Influence of Psychological Nursing and Health Education for Women With Cesarean Section

目的对心理护理和健康教育对剖宫产产妇的影响进行研究。方法选取2016年8月—2017年10月的剖宫产产妇100例作为研究对象。按照不同的护理方法,将其分为观察组与参照组,每组各50例。观察组实施心理护理和健康教育,参照组实施常规护理,将两组产妇护理效果展开对比。结果两组产妇总满意率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理和健康教育应用于剖宫产产妇中,能有效缓解产妇心理不良情绪、降低术后不良反应,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the influence of psychological nursing and health education for patients with cesarean section. Methods 100 cases of caesarean section from August 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the different nursing methods, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group were implemented psychological nursing and health education, while the reference group were given the routine nursing. Then, the nursing effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The difference of nursing satisfaction in the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of psychological nursing and health education in patients undergoing cesarean section which can effectively relieve the patient’s psychological bad mood, reduce the postoperative adverse reaction and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
