一对一带教与排班制带教在护理实习生中的教学效果比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的对比与分析一对一带教排班制带教在护理实习中的教学效果。方法选取我院在2016年2月—2017年2月所接收的20名护理实习生,并随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各10名。给予对照组实习生采用排班制带教,而实验组实习生则对其采用一对一带教的方式,并对比和分析两组实习生的教学效果。结果实习1个月后,对比两组实习生的理论知识、操作技巧以及患者满意度等,结果显示:实验组实习生各项评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对护理实习生进行带教时采用一对一带教的方式可明显提高实习生的各项技能的掌握情况,并提高患者的满意度。 Objective To compare and analyze the teaching effect of a pair of teaching and scheduling teaching in nursing practice. Methods 20 nursing interns received in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 10 cases in each group. The control group adopt the scheduling system. In the experimental group, the interns used a pair of teaching methods. And to compare and analyze the teaching efect of two groups of interns. Results After 1 month of internship, the theoretical knowledge, operation skills and patient satisfaction of two groups of interns were compared. The results showed that the scores of the interns in the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of nursing interns, the use of one to one teaching method can signifcantly improve the skills of interns and improve their satisfaction.
