摘要
随着信息科技和知识经济的蓬勃发展,新一代学生在基础知识体系,思维理解方式,价值观都呈现了一定的变化,作为高校教师应该洞察这些变化,因材施教,因势利导。在讲授教学内容的同时,结合本学科特点,较强素质教育、能力培养,提高学生适应社会能力,完成好知行衔接。主讲教师要教好一堂课,首先要明确一堂好课的评价标准,然后以其为参考,从教好课的必要条件方面着手,努力提高职业素质,进而认真做好备课各环节的工作,以改善课堂教学质量,实现教好一堂课的目标。教学的目的不仅仅局限在讲授理论知识,还要激发学生对本学科的兴趣,在掌握理论知识的基础上,注重能力的培养。
With the vigorous development of information technology and knowledge economy, the new generation of students has changed a lot in basic knowledge system, way of thinking, understanding and values. As a university teacher, we should detect these changes and teach them in accordance with their aptitude. At the same time of teaching content, combined with the characteristics of this discipline, we must enhance quality education and ability training to improve students' ability to adapt to the society and achieve good connection between knowledge and practice.Teachers should teach a lesson, we must frst clear a good lesson evaluation criteria, and then the reference, from the aspects of the necessary conditions to teach a good lesson, and strive to improve the quality of occupation, and earnestly preparing all aspects of the work, to improve the quality of classroom teaching, to achieve the goal of teach a lesson. The purpose of teaching is not only limited to teaching theoretical knowledge, but also stimulating students' interest in this subject. Based on grasping theoretical knowledge, we should pay attention to the cultivation of ability.
