以腹痛为例基于器官系统的儿科学整合课程教学初探 被引量:6

摘要 儿科学作为临床医学二级学科,分科更细,专业性更强,临床教学面临很大挑战,如何改革教学方式和内容是目前面临的实际问题。基于器官系统的整合医学就是通过整合现有的各方面知识去探索符合人体整体需要的新型医学教育体系,使学生更利于学习和理解。整合医学理念贯穿于临床教学,是现代医学教育发展的必然趋势。本文以腹痛为基础疾病作为儿科学整合课程的代表进行教学课程的分析及教学实践,将腹痛和生理学、病理学、解剖学、临床医学等有关医学课程的知识进行重组,形成具有整合性质的医学教学新体系,探讨符合儿科学特点的整合医学课程。 As a secondary discipline of clinical medicine, pediatrics is more sub-disciplinary and professional. It is a great challenge to reform the methods and contents of teaching of pediatrics. Organ and system based integration medicine is to integrate the knowledge of all aspects to explore a new medical education system that meets the overall needs of human body, thus make it easier for students to learn and understand. Integration medical concept is an inevitable trend in modern medical education, and should insist throughout the process of clinical teaching. We use abdominal pain as a example to test the method and content of pediatric integration medicine, and combine abdominal pain with physiology, pathology, anatomy, clinical medicine and other related medical curriculum, thus set up a new medicine teaching system with integration features which can meet the need of pediatric integration medical course.
