Application of the CUA Guidelines in the Clinical Practice Teaching for Urology Postgraduates

泌尿外科已经成为我国临床医学的一个重要学科。泌尿外科研究生临床教学是将医学理论知识转化为临床医疗实践的重要阶段,为以后成为合格的临床医生打下坚实基础。为了提高研究生临床教学质量,将中华医学会泌尿外科学分会(China Urological Association,CUA)发表的《中国泌尿外科疾病诊断治疗指南》(简称CUA指南)应用于泌尿外科查房、临床病例分析、管床等临床实践教学环节。初步探讨了CUA指南在增强理论知识掌握、临床实践能力提高和诊治理念规范中的优势和效果。为CUA指南在泌尿外科研究生临床教学中的应用和推广提供理论依据。

Urology is a very important part in surgery. The clinical practice teaching is a special stage of transforming medical theory into clinical practice. For Urology postgraduates,the clinical practice teaching laid a solid foundation to help them become a qualifed doctor in the future. To improve the quality of clinical practice teaching,we used guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the department of urology published by China Urological Association （CUA Guidelines） in pre-clinical ward round, case analysis and bed charge.Preliminary discuss the advantages and feasibility of applying the CUA Guidelines in clinical practice teaching of urology to improve clinical practice abilities and develop standardized philosophy of diagnosis and treatment for urology postgraduates. Finally To provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of CUA guidelines in the clinical practice teaching of urology postgraduates.
