摘要 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清前白蛋白(PA)、血常规联合检验在小儿细菌性感染诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2015年1月—2017年10月共50例细菌性感染患儿、50例病毒性感染患儿、50例健康体检儿童设置为细菌性感染组、病毒性感染组、对照组,所有儿童均接受CRP、PA、血常规测定,比较其CRP、PA、白细胞计数(WBC)。结果细菌性感染组的CRP、WBC均高于病毒性感染组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其PA低于病毒性感染组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CRP、WBC与细菌性感染呈正相关,PA与细菌性感染呈负相关。结论在小儿细菌性感染疾病诊断中,CRP、PA、WBC检测可对患儿机体内炎症状态予以反映,可作为辅助诊断指标。 Objective To explore the value of combined detection of Creactive protein (CRP), serum prealbumin (PA) and blood routine test in thediagnosis of bacterial infection in children. Methods From January 2015 toOctober 2017, 50 cases of bacterial infection, 50 cases of viral infection and50 cases of healthy children were selected as bacterial infection group, viralinfection group and control group. All children were measured by CRP, PAand blood routine, and their CRP, PA, and white blood cell count (WBC)were compared. Results The CRP and WBC in the bacterial infection groupwere higher than those in the viral infection group and the control group,and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The PA level waslower than the viral infection group and the control group. The diferencewas statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). CRP and WBC were positivelycorrelated with bacterial infection, and PA was negatively correlated withbacterial infection. Conclusion In the diagnosis of bacterial infections inchildren, CRP, PA and WBC can be used to refect the infammatory state inthe children's body, which can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic indicator.
