滤过泡按摩在青光眼术后高眼压中的作用

The Effect of Filtering Bleb Massage on Postoperative Intraocular Pressure in Glaucoma Surgery

目的观察滤过泡按摩在青光眼术后高眼压中的作用。方法对2013年1月—2015年12月在我院行复合式小梁切除术后早期高眼压7例(8眼)患者行滤过泡按摩。结果 7例患者在滤过泡按摩前眼压为24~29 mmHg。行滤过泡按摩6~12次后,眼压降至11~15mmHg。随访1年,眼压维持在13~16 mmHg。结论青光眼术后密切观察病情变化,对早期高眼压前房深度尚可的患者尽早行滤过泡按摩,可获得较好的降眼压效果,提高手术成功率。

Objective To observe the effect of filtering bleb massage on postoperative intraocular pressure in glaucoma surgery. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015, 7 cases （8 eyes） with high intraocular pressure after trabeculectomy were performed with a fltering bleb. Results In 7 patients, the intraocular pressure was 24-29 mmHg before filtering bleb massage. After filtering bleb massage 6-12 times, the intraocular pressure was reduced to 11-15 mmHg. Follow up for 1 year, the intraocular pressure was maintained at 13-16 mmHg. Conclusion Close observation of the changes of the disease after glaucoma surgery, on the early high intraocular pressure in patients with anterior chamber depth can be as early as possible bleb massage, which can obtain better efect of lowering intraocular pressure, improve the success rate of operation.[
