摘要
目的研究高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉内固定术治疗的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月—2017年3月我院高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者86例,依照治疗方案不同分组,各43例。观察组采用股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉内固定治疗,对照组采用动力髋螺钉治疗。对比两组术前及术后6个月髋关节功能(Harris评分)、并发症发生率、术后骨折愈合时间。结果术后6个月,两组Harris评分对比,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后骨折愈合时间短于对照组,并发症发生率4.65%(2/43)低于对照组23.26%(10/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉内固定治疗,能有效改善髋关节功能,缩短术后骨折愈合时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the application efect of patients with intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly treated with intramedullary nail internal fixation of the proximal femoral anti-spin blade. Methods From September 2015 to March 2017, 86 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in our hospital were selected, according to the treatment plan, they were divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by internal fixation with intramedullary nail of the proximal femur. The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw. The hip function (Harris score), the incidence of complications and the healing time of the fracture were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after operation. Results 6 months after the operation, the two groups of Harris scores were compared, the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. The complication rate was 4.65% (2/43), which was lower than that in the control group [23.26% (10/43)], the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Patients with intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly treated with intramedullary nail internal fixation of the proximal femoral anti-spin blade can effectively improve the function of the hip joint, shorten the healing time of the fracture and reduce the incidence of complications.
