多磺酸粘多糖乳膏和硫酸镁在静脉炎患者中的疗效对比研究

Comparative Study on the Curative Effect of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream and Magnesium Sulfate in Phlebitis Patients

目的探讨多磺酸粘多糖乳膏和硫酸镁在静脉炎患者中的临床效果。方法选择2015年6月—2017年7月科室收治的静脉炎患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法,将其分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。结果治疗后,观察组28例显效,5例好转,疗效率为33例,高于对照组21例显效,6例好转,疗效率为27例。观察组多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗后创面愈合时间为(3.48±0.58)d,短于对照组(6.47±1.04)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多磺酸粘多糖乳膏用于静脉炎患者中优于硫酸镁,有助于提高临床疗效,缩短患者愈合时间,且药物安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream and magnesium sulfate in patients with phlebitis. Methods 70 cases of phlebitis from June 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into control group （n=35） and observation group （n=35）. Results After treatment, there were 28 cases in the observation group, 5 cases improved, the treatment efciency was 33 cases, 21 cases were higher than the control group, 6 cases improved, and the treatment efciency was 27 cases. The healing time of the observation group after treatment was （3.48±0.58） d, shorter than that of the control group （6.47±1.04） d, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is superior to magnesium sulfate in the treatment of phlebitis, which is helpful for improving the clinical curative efect and shortening the healing time of patients. The drug safety is high.
