饮食护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者饮食治疗依从性的影响

Analysis of Curative Effect of Dietary Nursing Intervention on Dietary Compliance of Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

目的观察饮食护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者饮食治疗依从性的效果。方法随机将我院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组各45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行饮食护理干预。比较两组饮食治疗依从性、饮食知识知晓状况等指标。结果观察组饮食治疗依从性、护理满意度等指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理干预能够显著改善患者的饮食治疗依从性,提高了其护理满意度以及生活质量,有利于病情的快速康复。

Objective To observe the efect of dietary nursing intervention on the compliance of diabetic nephropathy patients with dietary therapy. Methods 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study were divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing, and the observation group used dietary nursing intervention, to compare the clinical effects of two groups. Results The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dietary nursing intervention can signifcantly improve the compliance of the patients with dietary therapy, improve the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of life, and is benefcial to the rapid recovery of the disease.
