舒适护理应用于剖宫产手术室护理中的价值探讨

Discussion on the Value of Comfortable Nursing in the Nursing of Caesarean Section in Operation Room

目的探讨剖宫产的手术室舒适护理方法,观察作用价值,为临床实践提供参考和指导。方法将86例剖宫产产妇作为临床研究对象,分设舒适护理组与常规护理组,每组随机分配产妇43例。根据分组,对常规护理组实施手术室常规护理,对舒适护理组产妇实施手术室舒适护理,最后对两组产妇的护理效果进行评价、对比。结果经过对两组产妇实施不同的手术室护理发现,舒适护理组产妇的视觉模拟评分低于常规护理组,同时舒适护理组产妇的焦虑评分更低,母乳喂养成功率更高,各项观察指标数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇实施手术室舒适护理,可以有效降低产妇的疼痛感、焦虑感,提高产妇的母乳喂养成功率。

Objective To observe the function value of comfortable nursing in the operation room of caesarean section. Methods 86 cases of cesarean parturients were taken as the clinical research objects, and they were randomly divided into the comfortable nursing group and the routine nursing group, 43 cases in each group. According to the group, routine nursing in the operation room was carried out in the routine nursing group, and the comfort nursing of the pregnant women in the comfortable nursing group was carried out. At last, the nursing efect of two groups of parturients was evaluated and compared. Results Two groups of diferent groups of women in the operation room were compared. The visual analogue score of the parturient in the comfortable nursing group was lower than that of the conventional nursing group. At the same time, the anxiety score of the parturient in the comfort group was lower and the success rate of breastfeeding was higher. The diference of the observation index data was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comfortable nursing in the operation room for cesarean delivery women can efectively reduce the pain and anxiety of the puerpera, and improve the success rate of breastfeeding.
