摘要
目的分析手术室护理过程中应用人性化护理模式的改善效果。方法选择我院2015年11月—2017年11月行手术治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组进行人性化护理,观察两组护理的效果。结果观察组术前访视、病情处置和观察、心理支持、手术配合和术后访视评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为95.56%,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理采用人性化护理的效果显著,可有效提高护理质量,患者对护理的满意度高。
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of humanizednursing model in operating room nursing. Methods 90 patients whounderwent surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2015to November 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They wererandomly divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). The control group received routine care. The observation group washumanized and observed the efect of two groups of nursing. Results Inthe observation group, preoperative visit, disease disposal and observation,psychological support, operative cooperation and postoperative visit score were all better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 95.56%, which was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The efect of humanistic nursing in operation room nursing is remarkable, and the quality of nursing can be improved efectively, and the patient's satisfaction to nursing is high.
