摘要
文章利用溶液喷射纺丝技术,成功制备了聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维网。通过扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米纤维的形貌观察,探究了纺丝工艺条件对纳米纤维结构的影响规律。结果表明纳米纤维平均直径随着牵伸气流压力增大而先减小后增大,在牵伸气流压力为3.5bar时,平均直径最小,为415.6nm;而牵伸气流温度的提高在一定程度上抑制了气流对溶液细流的牵伸,导致纳米纤维直径变粗。
In this paper, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofiber mats were prepared by solution blo-wing process. The structure of nanofiber mats was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to discuss the effects of spinning conditions in this process on its structure. The results indica-ted that the average diameter of the nanofibers decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of high-speed drawing airflow^ pressure, and the lowest average diameter of 415. 6 nm was gained at the drawing airflow pressure of 3. 5 bar. However, the temperature of the drawing airflow showed nega-tive effect on decreasing the diameters of the fibers.Keywords: nanofiber; solution blowing process; polyacrylonitrile
