摘要
针对现有的热成型真空包装产品出现的容器壁变薄、局部变形、下膜不能预印刷问题,探讨设计了一种软包装折叠成型的真空包装结构。该包装结构由上下膜组成,下膜通过折叠点封固定,同时对下膜进行参数化设计。该工艺包括纵向折叠成型、横向折叠成型、点封定型、充填产品,抽真空热封及模切等工艺过程。
Aiming at the problems of the existing thermoformed vacuum packaging products,the wall of the container is thinned,the local deformation and the based film can't be pre-printed. The vacuum packaging structure and process of flexible packaging folding are discussed. The packaging structure consists of upper and lower membrane,the lower membrane through the folding point fixed,while the lower membrane through the parametric design. The process includes vertical folding molding,horizontal folding molding,point sealing,filling products,vacuum sealing and die cutting process.
