摘要
目的研究分析对于手术室新护士给予特殊培训模式后的临床效果。方法选取我院手术室新护士20名作为研究对象,随机选取10名新护士作为实验组,给予特殊培训模式学习,其余10名新护士给予传统方式学习,通过比较两组新护士的理论和实践技能操作成绩,比较不同新护士培训模式的临床效果。结果实验组手术室新护士带教学习时间缩短,且带教老师满意度和手术室急救能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特殊培训模式可以缩短手术室新护士的学习时间,提高了手术室急救能力,增加了带教老师护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the special training model for the new nurses in the operation room. Methods 20 new nurses in the operation room in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and 10 new nurses were selected as the experimental group, and the special training model was given. The rest of the 10 new nurses were given the traditional way of learning by comparing the theoretical and practical skills of the two new nurses. To compare the clinical effects of different new nurse training models. Results In the experimental group, the learning time of the new nurses in the operation room was shortened, and the satisfaction degree of the teaching teachers and the first aid ability of the operation room were all higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The special training mode can shorten the learning time of the new nurses in the operation room, improve the emergency ability of the operation room, and increase the satisfaction of the teachers.
