摘要 目的研究翻转课堂在外科学教学中的探索与实践疗效。方法选择我系2016年1—12月临床医学系专业学生120例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组采用传统教学,研究组采用翻转课堂教学模式。对比两组学生学习成绩与满意度。结果研究组在优秀、良好、不及格上优于对照组,且研究组满意度96.67%,高于对照组78.33%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过在外科学教学中实施翻转课堂,能够改善教学质量,有利于提高学生的自主学习能力与学习积极性。 Objective To study the exploration and practical effect of the overturned class in the teaching of external science. Methods 120 professional students of clinical medicine department from January to December 2016 were selected, they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, each group had 60 cases. In the control group, the traditional teaching was adopted, and the study group adopted the overturned classroom teaching model. The students' academic achievement and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The study group was superior to the control group in excellent, good, and unqualifed. The degree of satisfaction of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group (78.33%), and the difference was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion By implementing the overturned class in the teaching of foreign science, the quality of teaching can be improved and the students' ability to learn and the enthusiasm of learning can be improved.
