留学生妇产科实习带教方式的探索

随着改革开放以来,我国医疗水平不断提高,医学教育体制完善、留学费用低廉,吸引越来越多留学生来华学医。实习作为医学理论与实践紧密结合的阶段,对学生是至关重要的,实习效果直接影响学生的培养质量。留学生在妇产科实习过程中面临语言障碍、患者认可度低、技能难掌握等诸多困难,针对这些情况,妇产科教研室对留学生临床实习教学方法进行不断研究和探索,以求摸索出一套适合留学生实习使用的带教方法,从而调动学生实习的主动性和积极性,增加教师带教的责任感,提高教学质量,培养出合格的医学毕业生。

With the rapid development of the Chinese economic reform, China＇s medical level and its medical education system is improving; this coupled with the low cost of studying in China is attracting more and more international students to pursue their medical studies in China. Internship is very important to the students. The combination of medical theory and practice, particularly practice effect, directly affects the quality of students＇ training. International students are facing many diffculties in the practice of gynecology and obstetrics, including the language, the skill, and so on. In view of these situations, the department of obstetrics and gynecology is researching and exploring the teaching methods of international students＇ clinical practice, let the students be more active and increase the teacher＇s responsibility, in order to improve teaching quality and to cultivate qualifed medical graduates.
