新医改环境下综合医院口腔专业医疗纠纷原因及防范

Causes and Prevention of Oral Medical Disputes in General Hospital Under the Environment of New Medical Reform

对2014年1月—2015年1月某综合医院口腔专业发生的47例医疗纠纷事件的原因进行具体分析,可知护理因素、病历书写不全、医生与科室治疗条件不统一等是造成医疗纠纷的原因,在新医改环境下综合医院口腔专业应提出防止医疗纠纷的对策,根据口腔专业的医疗纠纷自身特点,护士、医生、各科室要加强对工作的细节处理,以提高医疗质量。

The causes of 47 cases of medical disputes in a general hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were analyzed in detail. It is known that nursing factors, medical record writing are incomplete, doctors and department treatment conditions are not uniform and so on, which are the causes of medical disputes. In the new medical reform environment, the preventive measures for medical disputes should be put forward in stomatology specialty of general hospitals. According to the characteristics of medical disputes, nurses, doctors and departments should enhance the details of their work so as to improve the quality of medical care.
