江苏资源丰富,地理条件优越,国家提出的"一带一路"倡议,为江苏推进沿海开发的国家战略,进一步拓展开放合作的战略空间,构筑得天独厚的战略优势提供了重要契机。其中,沿海港口是江苏最大的资源优势。介绍江苏沿海港口所面临的机遇与挑战,基于牢牢把握沿海港口战略地位的前提下,认清发展现状,分析发展问题,提出科学合理地规划沿海港口布局、整合港口群物流一体化发和积极引进港口经营管理人才等相关对策。

Jiangsu has rich resources, superior geographical conditions, with the country’ s “The Belt and Road” strategy, to promote the na-tional coastal development strategy for Jiangsu, to further expand the strategic space of open cooperation, to provide an important opportu-nity to build a strategic advantage richly endowed by nature.Among them, along the sea port resource is the biggest advantage of Jiangsu,this paper mainly introduced the opportunity Jiangsu coastal ports and challenges faced, based on the premise of firmly grasp the strategicposition of the coastal ports, and to understand the development status, analysis of development problems, put forward the scientific and ra-tional planning of coastal port layout, the relevant countermeasures for the integration of port logistics group and actively introduce manage-ment talents of port management.
